Technical Support Services

Particular services refer to supporting installed telecommunications & information systems infrastructure and secure its proper operation. Services are extended also outside Athens with extremely competitive response times Thessaloniki and major Greek Cities. Within reach are also cities of neighboring countries such as Tirana, Elbasan, Blagoevgrad, Sofia, Skopje.

Services offered are:

• Operator services including manage systems from a customer Network Operation Center (NOC), securing proper supervision of network elements at an 7x24 basis

• Field Maintenance services including both preventive and corrective maintenance for HW components based on an agreed Service Level Agreement

• Technical Support services including the availability of a 7x24 support center able to offer telephone support and upon request proceed at corrective actions.

• Spare Parts Management including maintaining of spare part centers in major Greek cities and delivery of requested spare parts to requested locations within Greek territory and abroad.
