HATEL's corporate values include placing the highest priority on people's health & safety.
Occupational health & safety plays an important role in daily activities. All HATEL employees at the beginning of their cooperation with the company attend an extensive seminar in order to get familiar with major principles of Health & Safety indicated by local legislation and European directives. A safety engineer has also undertaken the task of maintaining and enhancing Health & Safety policies within the organization.

Conscious of its position as a member of society, HATEL seeks to contribute to establishment of a society accepting technology as a tool for progress, which will not disturb environmental balance.

Hatel actively promotes environmental preservation activities aiming in growing employee's awareness on environmental protection. Recycling of paper and aluminum is applied since the establishment of the company, while lately measures have been introduced also for batteries. Company pool cars are steadily chosen with major criterion the fuel consumption and the friendliness of their engines for the environment.
